Charges for screen printing spot color images are:
$1.50 for the first color per image $0.75 for each additional color per image
There is a screen preparation charge of $20.00 per screen (generally, 1 screen is required per color, with one additional possibly required for underbasing light colors printed on dark items).
One-color personalization on orders of more than a single garment costs an additional $5.00 per item.
Additional factors can influence the cost of screen printing. For example, a left chest logo and back image may fit onto a single screen, reducing screen preparation charges, or a requirement for Pantone color matching may incur special ink charges.
